1956 orig ELVIS PRESLEY lp self titled 1st album LPM 1254 MONO RARE VG+ PLAYS EX
Here is a RARE collectable lp from my collection offered up for sale: This is Elvis' debut 1st album. , an original 1956 1st pressing released by RCA LPM 1254 (MONO). It has the heavy vinyl with silver top Nipper labels that say "Long Play" at the bottom, as baggie inner sleeve. This cover has the pink letters "ELVIS" with some spots to the color looks a printer's defect. Music features Elvis at his best in 1956 performing his rock'n roll HITS with Scotty Moore on guitar, great album! Songs include Carl Perkins "Blue suede shoes", Ray Charles "I got a woman", Little Richard's "Tutti Frutti", Blue Moon, and MORE! These originals are getting SCARCE! This album has been well cared for, hard to find in this condition and originals are getting SCARCE! The vinyl rates VG+, is super clean and glossy, has some light marks and a couple small more moderate ones, has been PLAY TESTED.
Plays excellent from start to finish, deep clear sound with only a few errant light pops, no skips or jumps, a very enjoyable listen! One of the labels has a pen mark (barely visible). Dead wax reads G2 PP1282-6S 1 and G2 PP1283-5S 1 A3. Baggie inner sleeve is super clean, no seam splits, only a few small tears at opening.
