Elvis Presley SUN 78 Baby Let's Play House/I'm Left. 217 Memphis, TN

This is a rare excellent condition 78 on the SUN label by Elvis Presley, the king of Rock N Roll. This was Elvis' 4th release on Sun Records in 1955. Presley's version differs greatly from the original: Elvis started the song with the chorus, where Gunter, the song's author, began with the first verse, and he replaced Gunter's line You may get religion. " with the words "You may have a Pink Cadillac. , referring to his custom-painted 1955 Cadillac.

Auto that had been serving as the band's transportation at the time. Very rare to see a good copy of this. With both labels and record itself in Excellent condition.

This record became the first song recorded by Elvis to appear on a national chart, when it made #5 on the Billboard Country Singles chart in July 1955. As with all my listings, satisfaction is guaranteed.

Note: the shiny spot on the picture is the reflection of my watch in the record and the other shadows are not on the record as well. This is an excellent copy with no visible scratches that I can see. The item "Elvis Presley SUN 78 Baby Let's Play House/I'm Left.
